FreeStockFootage.com (FSF) retains all rights and ownership interests to video clips and footage sold or given away from this site without limitation.
FSF media is a royalty free license granted in perpetuity for non-exclusive use. This is an individual license given to either you, your employer, or your employees.
All previews are complimentary. Previews are available for download with no water mark at no charge. However, if the preview clip is used for anything other than personal purposes, either a credit and/or a link back to freestockfootage.com is required. No credits or links are required for paid clips.
Refunds for FSF paid clips are considered on a case by case basis.
FSF video clips or parts of clips cannot, either individually or as part of a collection, be resold, rented, leased, subleased, lent, given away or redistributed by any means to others by either original recipient or any third party.
FSF clips cannot be used in any part of a logo or a trademark.
FSF clips cannot be used in pornographic, obscene, or libelous productions.
Rights granted are non-transferable and non-sublicensable. Rights are non-exclusive, limited, and revocable. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by FSF.
FSF reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
